Tri-Village Looking For Varsity Football Coach

The Tri-Village Boys Football Program has come along way in the last 5 seasons. Winning a conference title 2 seasons ago, finishing runner-up this year while making the OHSAA DVII Region 28 playoffs. The team upset the defending State Champion New Bremen Cardinals in the 2nd round of the tournament this year before bowing out to St. Henry Regional Semi-Final game.

Coach Robert Burk was named DVII Southwest District Coach of the Year and The State DVII coach of the year by the Football Coaches Association. Burk decided it was time to move on so he could spend more time with his family.

“I have treasured my time at Tri-Village. When I got the job my 2 daughters were 3 years and 3 months old. Now they are 8 and 5. I have invested a lot of time in the TV Program and I’m so proud of all the kids and what they have accomplished. But it is time for me to invest more time into my family. I want to thank the community and administration for all their support and I will have many treasured memories and lasting relationships from this experience.” Burk stated.
