Three sentenced in court

Three people were sentenced in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Thursday afternoon. Judge Jonathan P. Hein presided.

Brian E. Seats Jr., 32, of Greenville, was sentenced to 153 days in jail with 153 days credit on one count of failure to notify of change of address, a fourth-degree felony. Seats previously pleaded guilty to the sole count.

Kenneth D. Baker, 56, of Ansonia, was sentenced to seven days in jail and up to 60 months of community control sanctions on one count of theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony. Baker previously pleaded guilty to the sole count. If he fails to comply with the terms of his community control, he faces up to eight months incarceration.

Michael R. Crawford, 25, of Greenville, was sentenced to up to 60 months of community control sanctions on one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony. Crawford previously pleaded guilty to the sole count. If he fails to comply with the terms of his community control, he faces up to eight months incarceration.
