Rodriguez pleads guilty, sentenced

GREENVILLE—One man pleaded guilty and was sentenced in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday afternoon. Judge Jonathan P. Hein presided.

Adrian Rodriguez, of Dayton, pleaded guilty to count three of operating a vehicle without reasonable control, a minor-misdemeanor. As a part of the plea, counts one and two of vehicular assault, both fourth-degree felonies, were dismissed.

He was sentenced to a $150 fine and to pay court costs.
