The Greenville Athletic Boosters will be hosting a mini food truck rally prior to the Homecoming Football Game vs. Piqua on October 1st.
“We are going to have this on Homecoming Night,” said Greenville Athletic Booster President, Randall Bowman. “The Greenville Athletic Boosters are putting it on.”
“We wanted something new and different and exciting to have on Homecoming night,” continued Bowman. “We have five food vendors coming and they’re real excited about it and we’re real excited about it.”
You’ll be able to purchase your food and drinks and enjoy them sitting in Shelter 3 next to the food trucks.
“The trucks will be on the south end of Harmon Field out in the street from Avenue E to the end of Shelter 3 will be blocked off and that is where our food trucks will be located,” Bowman noted.
Vendors will be serving from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
“It’s a good opportunity to get the community out for the Homecoming game,” said Greenville Athletic Director, Aaron Shaffer. “The Boosters have organized it. We have some local food trucks coming Friday night, pre-game kind of like a tailgate situation, a neat deal, first time we’re doing it so we’re excited to see what it brings.”
