One person entered a change of plea in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday morning. Judge Jonathan P. Hein presided.
Anthony B. Madden, 21, of Greenville, pleaded guilty via Zoom call from the Darke County Jail to one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. As a part of the plea, the state agreed to dismiss a separate charge of trespass in habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.
He faces up to 18 months incarceration and a maximum fine of $5,000, none of which are mandatory. His bond was set at $15,000, with his sentencing hearing on Thursday, Oct. 7.
