One person entered a change of plea, and was sentenced in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Monday. Judge Jonathan P. Hein presided.
Stacy W. Hampton, 45, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamine), a second-degree felony.
Hampton was sentenced to a mandatory two years incarceration and a $7,500 fine. At the time of his arrest on May 8, 2020, police seized $682, which will be credited toward Hampton’s court costs and fees. After his release, he’s subject to a mandatory three years of post-release control.
