Greenville’s Hartsock honored on Senior Night

GREENVILLE – Greenville Senior High School Lady Wave tennis program honored its lone senior, Cheyanne Hartsock, Monday night in the Lady Wave’s home tennis match with the Butler Lady Aviators in town.

“Cheyanne has been with us four years, she is a senior now and she came on this year,” said Lady Wave tennis coach, Jim Koontz. “She had a very nice record and I know she will be a success in life with whatever she does because she just puts her mind to those things – she’s going to do OK. Just thank her for four years.”

“Anytime we get kids like Cheyanne who have committed the time and energy we are obviously super proud of them,” Greenville Athletic Director, Aaron Shaffer stated. “We tell the young kids – put your time in because before you know it it’s over and I am sure Cheyanne would say the same thing.”

“Its senior year and you’re down to your last home match before it’s all over,” Shaffer added. “Super proud of Cheyanne in everything she has done with her tennis career and wish her luck going forward.”
