Nov. 24, 4:49 p.m.: Police were dispatched to Maid Rite in reference to a private property accident. The complainant advised that a blue Toyota Camry just crashed into a red Chevy Captiva. Through investigation it was found the red car was unoccupied and the operator of the blue Toyota Camry, Jeffrey Stevens, was under the influence of narcotics. Stevens was arrested for a Drug OVI and transported to the Greenville PD.
Nov. 24, 7:44 p.m.: Police observed a subject walking South bound in an alley between Tiffin Street and the 100 block of Deshler Avenue. Officers identified it to be Timothy Harsh. Harsh was known to have an active warrant. Dispatch confirmed he had an active warrant through the Greenville PD for failure to appear on arraignment for the original charge, theft, bond $2,000. He was arrested and transported to the Darke County Jail.
Nov. 28, 6:30 p.m.: Police observed a red 1997 Saturn traveling east bound in the 300 block of East Fifth Street. While on the roadway, the vehicle almost struck a parked car. Officers then observed the vehicle pull over to the side of the road in the 400 block of East Fifth Street to park. There appeared to be two occupants in the vehicle but no one exited after it was parked. Police approached the vehicle and observed William Bush in the passenger seat. Bush was confirmed to have three active warrants. He had an active felony warrant through the Darke County Sheriff’s Department for probation violation, original
charge burglary, no bond. There were also two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear on contempt charges, each with a bond of $525. He was arrested and transported to the Darke County Jail.
Nov. 29, 12:10 a.m.: Police were dispatched to Browns Nursery to meet Englewood PD in reference to a subject with a warrant out of Greenville PD. The subject was arrested and transported to the Darke County Jail.
