Four appear in common pleas court

Four people appeared in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday morning. Judge Jonathan P. Hein presided.

Carissima T. Rapier, 51, of Greenville, was granted judicial release after serving around three months in prison on one count of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. Rapier previously pleaded guilty to the sole count. She was sentenced to community control sanctions for a period of up to 60 months and  is required to pay a restitution of $195.

Steve R. Yoder, of Greenville, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to up to 60 months of community control sanctions. If he fails to comply, he faces 12 months incarceration.

Marc E. Maes, 42, of Greenville, was sentenced to 12 months incarceration with 75 days credit with on one count of illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a specified government facility, a third-degree felony, and one count of aggravated possession of methamphetamines, a fifth-degree felony.

Gage B. Bradburn, age 30, of Greenville, was sentenced to 15 months incarceration with 50 days credit on one count of burglary, a felony of the fourth degree.
