GREENVILLE—The Darke County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday afternoon to discuss American Rescue Plan Act funds. Commissioners Matt Aultman, Mike Stegall and Larry Holmes were all present.
The board approved a quote to advance $13,971.90 to the American Rescue Plan Fund for two padded holding cells at the Darke County Sheriff’s Department. The total project quote costs $46,573 and was proposed by Marathon Engineering Corporation.
Next, the board approved the appointment of Brent Stastny, of Arcanum, for County Apiary Inspector for 2022. He will continue to serve Darke County as Apiary/Bee Keeper for 2022.
