GREENVILLE—The Darke County Board of Commissioners met on Tuesday afternoon to sign the Developmental Disabilities (DD) Awareness Month proclamation. Commissioners Matt Aultman, Mike Stegall and Larry Holmes were all present.
The board held regular session at the Darke County Board of Developmental Disabilities (DD) Birchwood Training Center. During regular session, the board proclaimed March 2022 as DD Awareness Month, and enjoyed cookies and refreshments with attendees afterwards.
Commissioner Aultman read the proclamation along with members of the Darke County Board of DD.
“I’ve been doing this for a long time,” Commissioner Stegall said. “That was probably the finest example of a proclamation that we’ve ever done.”
