Convenience at your fingertips! The City of Greenville is pleased to announce a new secure standalone payment drop box located on the island in front of the City Building.
Without even leaving your vehicle, you may utilize this payment drop box for city income tax documents, city income tax payments and utility payments.
Please Note:
- This payment drop box is for the City Income Tax and Utility Departments only.
- The box is checked once during normal business days at 8:00 AM. Anything received after 8:00 AM will not be posted until the next business day.
- The current night depository box that is located on the side of the City Building, will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2022.
