One person pleaded guilty in Darke County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday morning. Judge Jonathan P. Hein presided.
Matthew K. L. Bowlin, 28, of Greenville, pleaded guilty via Zoom call from the Darke County Jail to one count of failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a third-degree felony. He faces up to three years incarceration, a maximum fine of up to $10,000 and a minimum license suspension of three years to life. His bond is under review, with his sentencing hearing on Friday, Nov. 19.
